Big items that cannot fit in the small dumpster must go in the large dumpster in front of building B. No items should be placed outside of dumpsters.
Dogs should be on a leash manned by its owner. Dogs should not be left unattended on leashes.
We will be placing unit numbers near doors that are missing numbers.
Obtaining renter's insurance is strongly encouraged to help protect your personal belongings inside your condo. Coverage is generally very affordable (approximately $8 per month for thousands of dollars in protection). Tenants may choose any insurance provider.
